In 2019, such dealings included the purchase of over 80 acres of prime commercial land near the Interstate 84 and Route 72 intersection in Plainville and New Britain. The parcels are adjacent to two other structures developed by Tomasso Group, the Medical Arts Center and the Hartford Healthcare Cancer Institute at The Hospital of Central Connecticut.
